The release writes maximum resolution and refresh as 1920×1080 at 1000Hz. Engadget noted the earlier XB273U F6 was 720p at its top rate. Both are “1000Hz”; pixel density is not.

Not the first kilohertz panel in the market
Acer’s wording is its first FHD 1000Hz. Wccftech pointed at LG UltraGear’s 25-inch 1000Hz Full HD. Read this as Acer filling that tier, not inventing it.
The same stage had a picture-first sibling
The Predator X32 V3 is 31.5-inch QD-OLED Penta Tandem, UHD, 180Hz, from USD 899.99 in North America in the same quarter. Nitro also added 5K Mini LED and tri-mode DFR models.
A refresh number is not a universal need
The copy targets hardcore and esports players. GPU, title, and cable have to keep up with 1000Hz. The briefing did not publish third-party motion tests.
